BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ANNUAL MEETING
OCTOBER 9, 2008

President Connie Burns called the 26th Annual Meeting of the Corporation to order at 5:15 PM with Directors Wendell Fortier, Darlene Gregoire, Bill McGroarty, Albert Perry and Wally Steinhour present. Also present was Laura Ovitt.

Albert Perry presented on behalf of the nominating committee, recommending that Wendell Fortier and Wally Steinhour be elected to a 3-year term as Director. Motion made by Darlene Gregoire, seconded by Bill McGroarty, to accept the recommendation. The motion carried.

The nominating committee recommended that the current officers be re-elected to another term, as follows: President - Connie Burns, Vice-President - Wallace Steinhour, Co-Vice President - Bill McGroarty, Secretary - Albert Perry, Treasurer - Darlene Gregoire. Motion made by Bill McGroarty, seconded by Darlene Gregoire to accept the recommendation. The motion carried.

Motion made by Bill McGroarty, seconded by Darlene Gregoire, to re-appoint Wendell Fortier and Albert Perry as the nominating committee.

Motion made by Albert Perry, seconded by Darlene Gregoire, to reappoint Wallace Steinhour and Wendell Fortier as Directors of the Richford Community Fund, Inc. Wally explained the purpose of the fund. The motion carried.

Albert Perry explained that the Main Street Mill Board of Directors was disestablished on April 18, 2008 and, therefore, no directors need to be named by REAC.

Motion made by Albert Perry, seconded by Bill McGroarty, to adjourn the annual meeting at 5:24 PM.
