RICHFORD, VERMONT

January 22, 2008

Chairman
Dale Guertin called the special meeting to order at 6:00 with members
Eric Collins, Linda Collins, Mary Mankin and Larry Stephens present. 
Also present were Clerk Gary Snider, Laura Ovitt, Dmitri Hudak, Melissa
Wells and Joshua Aldrich.

The Board continued to work on the 2008 budget.

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
