SELECTBOARD MEETING
RICHFORD, VERMONT

JANUARY 24, 2008

Chairman
Dale Guertin called the special meeting to order at 6:06 PM with
members Eric Collins, Linda Collins, Mary Mankin and Larry Stephens
present. Also present were Clerk Gary Snider, Laura Ovitt, Marcia
Perry, Pam Parsons, Barbara Beauregard, and Joshua Aldrich.

The
Board revisited the previous vote to pay ambulance personnel $8.15 per
hour for stand-by duty. Motion made by Mary Mankin, seconded by Eric
Collins, to pay ambulance personnel $8.15 per hour for 18 hours per
day, and to pay $1.00 per hour for stand-by between the hours of
midnight and 6:00 AM. The motion carried unanimously. Marcia, Pam and
Barbara left.

The Board continued to work on the 2008 budget,
making line item adjustments to decrease the total budget. Motion made
by Eric Collins to accept the budget. The motion died for lack of a
second.

The Board continued to make adjustments to decrease the total budget.
Motion
made by Larry Stephens, seconded by Eric Collins, to approve and adopt
the budget as stated. The motion carried unanimously.

The Board
reviewed the 2008 warning. Motion made by Eric Collins, seconded by
Linda Collins, to adopt the 2008 warning. The motion carried
unanimously.
